Master weavers Fran and Bill James of the Lummi Nation. Fran's Lummi name is Che top ie, and her son Bill's name is Tsi'li'xw. They weave Coast Salish Indian blankets of wools of the Pacific Northwest, and woven cedar baskets of materials they gather themselves throughout the year. Blankets are made of natural colored wools, and are hand spun and hand woven. The baskets are made of materials such as Cedar bark, Cedar limbs, Cedar roots, Wild Cherry bark, rye grass, bear grass, nettle fibers, and others.
